Enterprise Leadership Behind NovoVendi
NovoVendi was founded by John Glowacki, a veteran enterprise IT executive with decades of experience managing mission-critical infrastructure at global scale.
John served as Chief Technology Officer at CSC (Computer Sciences Corporation), then the world's 3rd largest IT managed services company, where he led technology strategy and operations for enterprise clients worldwide. He later served as Chief Operating Officer of Shared Services Canada, where he was appointed by the Prime Minister and oversaw the majority of IT operations for the Government of Canada as a Deputy Minister.
Throughout his career—from retiring as a veteran of the USAF and JSOC, to executive roles at Fortune 200 companies—John has consistently delivered improved operational performance, customer satisfaction, and significant business growth.
John founded NovoVendi to bring enterprise-grade operational discipline to the fragmented world of multi-store e-commerce management. He saw agencies and multi-brand operators struggling with the same challenges he'd solved at massive scale: bringing visibility, control, and efficiency to complex distributed operations.
John holds an MBA from George Mason University.
