Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains our policies regarding refunds and cancellations for subscriptions to NovoVendi. This policy applies to all NovoVendi subscription plans purchased through Lemon Squeezy (operated by Sold through Link, LLC), our Merchant of Record.
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable.
- You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your Account Settings page or by contacting Lemon Squeezy support.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
- No prorated refunds are provided for partial months of service.
- We encourage you to use our free trial to test the Service before subscribing to a paid monthly plan.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions include a 14-day money-back guarantee.
Within 14 Days of Purchase
- If you are not satisfied with NovoVendi, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial annual subscription purchase date.
- To request a refund, contact Lemon Squeezy support through your customer portal or email their support team.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
After 14 Days
- After the 14-day refund window, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.
- You may cancel your annual subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your annual subscription term.
- No prorated refunds are provided for the unused portion of annual subscriptions canceled after 14 days.
Free Trials
- Free trials are offered on select subscription plans to allow you to evaluate the Service before committing to a paid subscription.
- No payment is required during the free trial period.
- You may cancel at any time during the free trial without being charged.
- If you do not cancel before the free trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription, and your payment method will be charged according to your selected plan.
Upgrades and Downgrades
Upgrades (Moving to a Higher-Tier Plan)
- Upgrades take effect immediately.
- You will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing period based on the price difference between your old and new plans.
- Your next full billing cycle will be charged at the new plan's rate.
Downgrades (Moving to a Lower-Tier Plan)
- Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
- No refunds or credits are provided for the difference between your old and new plan pricing.
- Your next billing cycle will be charged at the downgraded plan's rate.
Exceptions
While our general policy is outlined above, we may issue refunds in the following exceptional circumstances:
1. Service Outages
If NovoVendi is unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours due to a service outage (excluding scheduled maintenance or force majeure events), you may request a prorated credit for the affected period.
2. Billing Errors
If you are charged incorrectly due to a billing error or technical malfunction:
- We will refund the incorrect charge promptly upon verification.
- Contact Lemon Squeezy support immediately if you notice an incorrect charge.
3. Duplicate Charges
If you are charged more than once for the same subscription period due to a technical error, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full.
4. Unauthorized Charges
If you believe you were charged without authorization, contact Lemon Squeezy support immediately. We will investigate and issue a refund if the charge was unauthorized.
How to Request a Refund
Because Lemon Squeezy is our Merchant of Record, all refund requests must be submitted through Lemon Squeezy, not NovoVendi directly.
To Request a Refund:
- Log in to your Lemon Squeezy customer portal:
- You should have received a link to your customer portal in your purchase confirmation email.
- Alternatively, visit https://www.lemonsqueezy.com/ and click "Manage subscription" to access your portal.
- Submit a refund request:
- Navigate to your subscription or order history.
- Select the subscription or charge you wish to refund.
- Follow the prompts to submit a refund request.

Important: NovoVendi does not have the ability to process refunds directly. All refund requests are handled by Lemon Squeezy according to this Refund Policy.
Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Account Access After Refund
- If you receive a refund for a monthly or annual subscription (within the applicable refund window), your account will be downgraded to the Free plan (if available) or your access will be terminated.
- Any data you have stored in your NovoVendi account will remain accessible according to your account status (Free plan limits apply).
- We recommend exporting any important data before requesting a refund if you plan to stop using the Service.
Chargebacks
We strongly discourage initiating a chargeback without first contacting us or Lemon Squeezy to resolve your issue.
- If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card company without attempting to resolve the issue with us or Lemon Squeezy, your NovoVendi account may be immediately suspended or terminated.
- Chargebacks may result in additional fees assessed by Lemon Squeezy, and you may be responsible for those fees.
- We are committed to resolving billing disputes fairly and promptly. Please contact us or Lemon Squeezy before resorting to a chargeback.
Cancellation Policy
How to Cancel Your Subscription
You may cancel your NovoVendi subscription at any time by:
- Logging in to your NovoVendi account and navigating to Account Settings > Billing > Cancel Subscription.
- Logging in to your Lemon Squeezy customer portal and canceling your subscription directly.
- Contacting Lemon Squeezy support and requesting cancellation.
When Cancellation Takes Effect
- Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
- You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- To avoid being charged for the next billing period, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.
What Happens After Cancellation
- Your account will be downgraded to the Free plan (if available) or converted to a read-only account.
- You will lose access to paid features, and any connected stores exceeding free plan limits will be disconnected.
- Your data will be retained according to our data retention policies, but you should export any important data before canceling if you plan to permanently stop using NovoVendi.
Changes to This Refund Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by:
- Posting the updated policy at https://novovendi.com/refund-policy
- Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document
- Sending an email notification (for material changes that reduce your refund rights)
Your continued use of the Service after changes to this Refund Policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
